As a graduate of Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Iulian began his career in Tema from entry-level roles in electrical installation. However, over the course of the last 11 years, he has exhibited impressive professional and personal development inside our company.

His ascent was marked by a promotion to Project Manager in 2015 and since 2019, he has been leading the project management department. In addition to his leadership role, Iulian oversees the electricians and installers teams, assembly operations, special containers production and warehouse management.

Under his guidance, Tema Energy has undertaken some of its largest and most complex projects in the last decade. Iulian’s significant contributions to developing the project management pillar have been essential in the successful execution of these projects and in enhancing Tema Energy’s reputation as a professional and highly trusted company.
